After completing a Masters’ degree in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics and Assessment (MESA) at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education in 2018, I have been working as a data analyst, researcher and program evaluator for the Worcester Public School system. Prior roles in project management, business strategy development, and P&L management have given me a results-oriented perspective. I enjoy the intellectual stimulation research and evaluation work provide. I build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to understand the value framework within which the analyses or evaluations are conducted. Ideal roles for me would include conducting research, analyses, and evaluations that measure the impact of initiatives focused on improving the lives of others. My skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis and program evaluation are transferable to many sectors and are enhanced by my combination of for-profit and not-for-profit experience. I am driven to utilize my skills in ways that have positive and tangible impacts on people, communities and the environment. I am open to contractor roles.
Listed skills include Program Evaluation, Statistics, Program Management, Management, and 14 others.
