The role requires conducting research and designing evaluations that will help determine outcomes of programs and efficacy trends over time for all students, including subgroups (e.g., English language learners, students with disabilities, low income), within the Worcester student population. Also responsible for defining a research agenda aligned with district strategic goals in partnership with outside research organizations.
