In 2019, we added a new vertical in hearing care, where Redux is improving the performance of hearing aids 77% of the time in minutes, at the push-of-a-button. Despite launching at the beginning of the pandemic, we added practices in 43 states and are now in 48 states and 8 countries. We work with several distribution partners, the government, and hearing aid manufacturers who aim to lower their repair costs and provide better hearing through technology to patients and practices. We're set for a very bright future in hearing care. I report to the President of Redux in this position. -

I led the "Utopia" analysis model which was used to determine the appropriate head count by location that would balance sales maximization with labor % of sales ratios. I also ran the TV sales program for cable companies, Dish Network, and Sling Tv. During this period I worked for the Chief Revenue Officer amongst the four Sales VPs. -

We launched Redux in a single store and operationalized a membership-based model. Then, we operationalized 50% of stores and finally the remaining 50% to get us to the full 572. The next year focused on driving sales at the best margin, investing in Redux, and moving the hardware beyond MVP so it could be expanded, profitably. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of memberships were selling every quarter at $29.99 each. During this period, I reported to the Chief Revenue Officer and met 2x weekly with the President of TCC (executive updates/planning/mentorship). -
