    Contracted, launched, and operationalized our first major deal with Victra (986 stores). Added Wireless Zone's 400+ locations, and other retail deals to get Redux services available in over 2,300 retail locations. More than 3,000,000 Redux subscriptions have been sold, ranging between $29.99 and $49.99. In 2019, we added a new vertical in hearing care, where Redux is improving the performance of hearing aids 77% of the time in minutes, at the push-of-a-button. Despite launching at the beginning of the pandemic, we added practices in 43 states and are now in 48 states and 8 countries. We work with several distribution partners, the government, and hearing aid manufacturers who aim to lower their repair costs and provide better hearing through technology to patients and practices. We're set for a very bright future in hearing care. I report to the President of Redux in this position.

    While the Redux product was in development, I continued to run the Redux program while working working on other programs (highlighted next). I solely developed a renewal campaign that got upgrade offers to the customer before any other retailer by applying the real-time trade-in value to the customer's phone equipment balance (this process was automated and became a lead marketing campaign). I ran 4 Disciplines of Execution for the entire sales field, which is a program aimed to double company's bottom line through focused goals and commitments to execution. I led the "Utopia" analysis model which was used to determine the appropriate head count by location that would balance sales maximization with labor % of sales ratios. I also ran the TV sales program for cable companies, Dish Network, and Sling Tv. During this period I worked for the Chief Revenue Officer amongst the four Sales VPs.

    The wireless retailer I worked for came across a new technology to recover wet phones, so they pulled me in to evaluate the opportunity. We launched Redux in a single store and operationalized a membership-based model. Then, we operationalized 50% of stores and finally the remaining 50% to get us to the full 572. The next year focused on driving sales at the best margin, investing in Redux, and moving the hardware beyond MVP so it could be expanded, profitably. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of memberships were selling every quarter at $29.99 each. During this period, I reported to the Chief Revenue Officer and met 2x weekly with the President of TCC (executive updates/planning/mentorship).
