I'm an audio engineer, musician, and technology writer with 50+ years background in electrical power design and troubleshooting. I started my engineering career in the 70's designing packaging robotics controls, then in the 80's built and calibrated missile guidance systems for the military. In the 90's I integrated and installed digital communication systems for large businesses. I'm currently a technology instructor for the pro-audio and RV industries having presented hundreds of workshops and seminars across the country on advanced surround-sound techniques for DVD and broadcasting, podcasting production for education, and live sound production for houses of worship. In addition I'm now developing educational content about electrical design, safety and troubleshooting for the Recreational Vehicle industry with a focus on consumer safety and creating more energy efficient RVs.
