San Francisco Airport, International Terminal (A) and International Terminal (G) Consulting on existing operations and assume oversight of construction operations for the completion of 17 individual new, and existing projects of high end retail locations along with terminal common spaces.Tasked with:• Review existing Operations and develop a project plan to restructure existing Project's currently over budget & behind schedule.• Design, publish, & Initiate new Field Operations & logistical SOP’s for improved coordination with Corporate, Consultants and GC’s. • Review, collaborate, & generate, full project Schedule with coordination of Airport management, GC's, Subcontractors, consultants, Design teams, TSA officials, & various agencies Inspectors.• Review estimate, Plan, coordinate, and budget with subordinate supervisory personnel, newly proposed projects for bid release.• Team development through migration of existing members, New hire, and training for new operational needs of the projects.• Site Office & Logistics Setup for team with Computers, Software, network, printers, and systems program initial setup & training.• Spearheaded am in depth review of contract -vs- project leveling & discovery for recovery of monies above and beyond budget by complete project understanding and breakdown of drawing, contracts, bid leveling, delivered, and requisitions.

- Senior superintendent of New TI build out, 5,000 sqft. Tower -C- Hudson Yards by Related development. - Hudson Yards Project oversight of close out & final punch of various projects on multiple floors throughout Tower -C- - Hudson Yards retail new Mall, Sr-Superintendent for the development of Pre-Con. & build out For 9 individual Stores for high end brand names, varying from 1,500 to 10,000 square feet.
