Industry: Business Process OutsourcingRole: Employee Engagement and Events- Help create and maintain employee 201 files and ensure they are secured from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference- Help process and notarize employment contracts, with notification to employees via letters- Assist in payroll-related inquiries- Help track employee requirements- Create various excel reports like Teams/Employees Masterlists, Leave Reports, Attrition Tracking, etc- Manage records in e-payroll system- Make use of Employees Database System for registering new hires- Coordinate with HR for various employee concerns- Managing company activities such as company parties, monthly team meetings, welcome lunch/dinner to new hires, etc- Assist Finance & Accounting during payroll processing- Proficiency in handle phone calls and transfers to appropriate departments- Handle incoming and outgoing company documents either through courier or messenger - Prepare welcoming services for company heads, clients, and visitors- Get involved with Visa processing for foreign nationals- Carry out the recruitment and employee separation procedures in accordance with information security requirements- Management of office security- Organize meetings- Assist upper management to there quarterly meetings
