Produce training plans that meet the needs of learners and the business. L&D performs a rigorous needs gathering and assessment process before we prototype. We have used the following, often together: train-the-trainer; simulation and testing; VILT/ILT; off-the-shelf training; custom modules and courses; and accountability packages. Training effectiveness is evaluated using lead and lag measures tied to adoption and impact.Worked with the executive team to develop OE Federal’s roadmap for 2023 - 2025. L&D identified 3 key areas of opportunity: process improvement and training, just-in-time information, and management development, which have been adopted as defining objectives.Program manager for all roadmap learning initiatives. I collaborate with executive sponsors on identifying goals, new behaviors, and return on expectations, as well as timelines and deliverables. DODD-FRANK INITIAL RULES: Used ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to design a learning program to prepare staff for Dodd-Frank initial rules; built trainings around business goals, always focused on results during the design and develop phases; changed Moody’s training approach, shifting away from information-only to focus on practice, evaluation, and retraining.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Collaborated with subject matter experts to refine process, mitigate operational and regulatory risk, and ensure business readiness through training development and delivery; reengineered Bloomberg eRating to reduce exposure for municipal bond ratings from 24 hours to 20 minutes.

GRANT TRAINING: Trained graduate students to develop effective proposals based on specific RFPs. GRANT CONSULTING: Consulted on two NSF grant projects, working closely with PIs to help fit project goals to the objectives of the granting institution; located funding opportunities for graduate students and faculty based on research interests.GRANT REVIEW: Served on review panels for new faculty seed grants, judging proposals based on feasibility, budget, and vision.
