I serve as the Worship Pastor and Media Coordinator for Magnolia Church. I oversee the scheduling of all worship materials for the Sunday service. This includes scheduling and training for the 8 person worship team. As Media Coordinator I oversee training for volunteers in areas including sound engineer, light technician, live stream operator, and in house media operator. I install and maintain all A/V equipment for all departments within the church.

As webmaster I redesigned and updated the webpage. I am responsible for continuous upkeep and maintenance as well as consultation on social media. I support all servers, active directory, and client workstations for the Crisis Center. This includes client backups, installation of new desktop workstations, and troubleshooting via remote access as needed.

I am responsible for "anything with wires" for the Dishman School of Nursing. Mainly I oversee 300+ computers in our building for students/faculty/staff. These include an open student lab, 3 testing labs, and 4 large capacity classrooms. We also house 2 skills labs and a 15 room High Fidelity Simulation lab that are wired for Audio/Video recording for live training and debriefing feedback. I am excited to soon be one of the few technicians in Southeast Texas certified to repair/maintain Laerdal patient simulator manikins. I am currently overseeing implementation, piloting, and research for Examsoft digital testing software, as well as creating training material for all faculty/staff. I was a part of the K2000 Imaging and the Windows 10 Implementation pilot teams to standardize computer installation across campus.

As Interim pastor I am responsible for all aspects of weekly Sunday Morning services. I serve as the primary teacher and administer communion and baptisms. I moderate joint meetings of the church board and elders. I also serve as worship leader responsible for song selections and live production for Sunday Morning services. I also function as Media coordinator. I create lyric videos for all songs presented. I create powerpoint presentations for sermons and announcements. I install and maintain all Audio/Visual equipment for all departments of the church. These include the Sanctuary, Sunday School media room, Children's Church, and Youth. I have served as Children's Pastor responsible for all planning of curriculum and management of children's workers. I am responsible for creating a budget for maintenance and new technologies within the church.

Assist with the maintenance and installation of all video, audio, and broadcast equipment. Sites covered include the station control room and 1.17 million watt transmitter tower. Oversee the KITU Facebook page and create a marketing strategy to increase exposure through social media. This resulted in the creation of a TBN Texas Twitter account which I was responsible for. Install and rewire the audio control room and the stage monitoring station for the production stage. Maintain all cameras and audio/video equipment for the production stage. Transition the production stage from Beta tape recording to digital recording including creating training documentation. Oversee video editing for weekly broadcasts recorded in house. Input programs into the station broadcast matrix.

I was a member of the Commercial Music Faculty for Sound Engineering. I taught all level students, specializing in Introduction to Audio Engineering. These classes involved a lecture and lab component. I taught classes including Audio Engineering 1, Audio Engineering 2, Audio Engineering 3, MIDI 1, and Finale. I was responsible for providing accomodations and independent study for a Visually-impaired student enrolled in our program. I oversaw installation and maintenance for 4 music recording labs. This includes computer software maintenance and audio hardware installation. Our labs included both Apple and Windows desktops as well as a 24 channel 2" tape machine. I was the founding Faculty Supervisor of the Audio Engineering Society on campus. This group annually sends students to work as assistant engineers at the South by Southwest music festival and the Boomtown Music/Film festival. During my time as faculty I engineered commercial CD productions utilizing both the campus recording studio and outside studios.
