I am patient and happy to help others to the best of my ability.I have nearly 10 years of employment with Apple where I worked as a personal trainer and technician. As a personal trainer I guided customers through their questions about Apple products and software. Classes were provided one on one as well as in group workshops. I am very comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people. I also provided workshops for children in Apple summer camps.I currently work as a digital trainer with the non profit Easter Seals of Greater Houston's BridgingApps program. As a digital trainer I work directly with clients to enhance their relationships with their personal technology. Communities we serve include seniors, military veterans, and disabilities. I also present our program and content to the community on sites and virtually. My role also includes content creation and training material to assist our clients. Content includes video, printable material, and live broadcasts.
