• Implementing a performance measurement application. Responsibilites include:
• Configure PACE performance calculations based on existing models.
• Create PACE OLAP reports for data control and operational requirements.
• Create and update uploader specifications for data import into the PACE warehouse.
• Improve workflow processes using the Eagle PACE software platform.

• Responsible for creating a future state roadmap for a client’s investment management data warehousing environment. Specific deliverables include a current and future state assessment, detailed roadmap and an industry.
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in technology and various business departments in order to assess the current state of the data warehouse environment.

• Responsible for maintaining overall relationship with JP Morgan Chase.
• Oversee InvestOne product enhancement request life cycle.
• Work with the development team to prioritize and schedule InvestOne and Apollo product enhancement deliverables.

• Create project plans and budget forecasts for PACE implementations.
• Ensure client satisfaction by acting as the main contact throughout all phases of implementation.
• Work closely with clients to gather data and reporting requirements.
• Act as a data architect to ensure proper population within the PACE data model.
• Participate in onsite client training and consulting.

• Maintain extensive client contact, and ensure product delivery services are satisfactory to client expectations.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of ten client relationships, including Barclays Global Investors and E*Trade Inc.
