Senior Product Development Engineer
Non Volatile Memory Product Engineer
As a Product Engineer, responsibility starts from understanding the architecture, datasheet, pre-Si design validation/verilog simulations, NPI phase readiness, post-Si validation/micro-probing on wafer, defining the tests/stress methodology, test data analysis, collaborating and communicating with different teams such as design, probe, burn, yield, process, quality, planning etc., qualification of the product, yield analysis, test time reduction and high volume production ramp.Responsible for pre-silicon design validation during the pre-silicon phase before tape-out on the testmode circuitry using verilog/xa simulations to ensure proper functionality of the circuits (digital & analog) and to create validation reports for the same.Responsible for NPI readiness (new product introduction), python/perl scripts for certain automation tasks, defining the test flow and stress flow methodology, code review for all the flows and APGs against the methodology defined.Responsible for post silicon validation/micro-probe on the physical wafer and post silicon test flow validation for both CMOS and ARRAY, stresses, characterization, calibration of the tests and limits. Data analysis using JMP and other statistical analysis tools to improve coverage and yield.Extensive collaboration and communication with teams across globally like design, functional probe, yield, quality assurance team, process integration, planning and production.

Responsible for code development in C,C++, patterns & simulations to validate the Post Silicon process of a DRAM, NAND and NOR memory wafers and sort the functional and non functional dices. Enhance the coverage, yield and reduce the test time of the post silicon validation. Data mining and analysis using Jmp and other statistical base tools.

Knowledge in Pro-e, Solid works and wind river VXworks.
