Working in partnership with non-profit and government agencies to create pathways to build generational wealth for BIPOC communities.

Served as an effective, high-level strategic advisor and thought leader for the City of Seattle's Green New Deal; Developed, recruited, and represented a 19-member Green New Deal Oversight Board to the City of Seattle's Mayor's Office and City Council; Worked with community and expert stakeholders to research, develop, and implement programs, policies, and projects that advanced climate, racial, and economic justice.

Advised on and led successful community engagement strategies to help connect immigrants and refugees to Seattle’s civic, economic, and cultural life; Developed plans, gained buy-in across teams, and managed both budgets and deadlines; Workload included managing the nationally recognized immigrant Family Institute and Strengthening Families Program, staffing the Immigrant and Refugee Commission, providing COVID-19 Citywide Response Support across departments, and implementation of Language Access strategies as part of the External Affairs Team for the City of Seattle's Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs.

Developed and managed programs and initiatives across the organization; Staff/volunteer management and leadership development; Represented organization at various coalitions and committees; and established strong relationships and partnerships with community and industry leaders.The Latino Community Fund invests in the Latino community to cultivate new leaders, support effective non-profit organizations, and improve the quality of life for all Washingtonians.

Provided both remote and on-site technology support for small businesses and organizations. Coordinated with business owners, software vendors, and service providers. Co-operated retail store and internet café in the South Park neighborhood where we provided computer repair services, computer rentals, and educational workshops in Spanish.
