As part of the team, I am responsible for:Overseeing the redevelopment of distressed properties from acquisition to disposition. Preparing project financial strategies utilizing grants and tax credits to reclaim blighted properties. Overseeing project financing, design, permitting, construction, and transfers.Providing consulting services in the fields of neighborhood redevelopment, construction management, and brownfields redevelopment.
