Responsible for maintaining and executing the KSA site Quality Control Plan. Performs Instructor Evaluations, Performance Evaluations, Technical Inspections and Special Inspections. Performs monthly audits for safety and contract requirements to ensure contract compliance. Maintains the KSA site ISO 9001 database by inputting inspections and audits per the Quality Control Plan. Analyzes inspection metrics and publishes monthly results for review by PKL and the RSAF. Assists the Site Lead and Instructor Supervisor in managing up to 128 instructors and support personnel.

Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly Status of Training for up to 200 RSAF students in 5 level Upgrade training. Tracks student progress in the training database (MS Access). Maintains Database correctness and communicates daily with Program management. Administers the 5 level Career Development Courses (CDC's) and the End of Course (EOC) exam. Instructs RSAF and PKL instructors for the Air force "Train the Trainer" course. Issues graduation certificates (1256's) when training is complete. Instructs RSAF students in AFSC 2A3X3A Tactical Aircraft Maintenance (F-15 Crew Chief)5 level upgrade course when necessary.

Responsible for the development and mentoring of Airmen in Training (AIT students) in their academics as well as their knowledge of aircraft systems, operation, components, and tools required to complete the tasks assigned to a proficient level. Responsible for teaching aspects of aircraft maintenance to include: reading Air Force technical manuals and schematics, completing AFTO 781 series forms, servicing aircraft lubricants, servicing hydraulics, and removing and replacing aircraft hydraulic components. As well as instructing how to service pnuedraulic and secondary power components. Also instructs students how to inspect aircraft for anomalies using prescribed work cards. Lectures students on the various aircraft systems as mentioned above. Records student progress and performs student evaluations in TTMS, in accordance with prescribed criteria.

Iraq And Afghanistan

Acts as “Second in Command” to the Site Lead. Responsible for all facets of RQ7B Shadow UAV operations at GOCO 3 in Afghanistan, managing up to 16 operators and 14 maintainers in a “24-7” high ops tempo, environment. Helps the Site Lead in creating Standard Operating Procedures, manage vacation schedules, and maintain the site improvement plan. Also maintains training folders and tracks personnel’s flight times, utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Ensures newly assigned personnel have billets and assigns shifts as necessary. Communicates with the Site Lead to solve problems and coordinate solutions for the site and its employees. Also acts as Site Lead when they are absent, by communicating with the company for the employees, and talking with the employees about company policies. Coordinates with the customer for: support for the site, employees travel and well-being, and also supplies as necessary.

Tyndall Afb, Fl

Responsible for directly coordinating maintenance actions with Air Force customers as a 7- level. Removed F-22 Low Observable (LO) coatings and panels for maintenance personnel requiring access to components underneath. After maintenance is complete, restored panels to full up LO condition. Requires painting and sanding of aircraft epoxies. Repairs and inspects aircraft structures/ composites in accordance with Air Force Technical Data. Modifies aircraft structures utilizing engineering dispositions and drawings. Repairs hydraulic/ oil lines using Duetchlite fittings and hardware. After maintenance is complete, updates aircraft forms and records in the Air Force IMIS system. Inspects completed work for correctness/ airworthiness and signs off applicable red X’s.

Responsible for all aspects of aircraft operation to include launch and recovery, servicing of all components, removing and replacing faulty equipment (secondary power, hydraulics, engines, actuators and accumulators). Troubleshoots using Air Force technical drawings and schematics. Performs aircraft inspections post flight and documents any anomalies in aircraft forms. Tow super qualified and qualified to inspect Intakes and Exhaust.
