Provided consultant advice to the Board of Directors/CEO of several firms in Spain. My work involved preparing tailored workshops and solutions to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of management teams. I did this through utilising various assessment tools such as the MBTI and Belbin team roles. Based on these tools, from this experience I learnt how to create relevant content and strategies to improve group dynamics whilst still accounting for the overall business situation faced by clients.

Created and implemented a student career coaching program. This program involved the establishment and maintenance of a coach-coachee structure for over 30 students. It gave me a deep understanding of how the mentor-student relationship works, as well as first-hand experience of how to start a project and develop it to the point where it continues to run without my input.
