Client: The Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences, Research Triangle ParkGenerated a computational network model for toxicological pathway analysis. Developed a statistical/graphical framework in R for network analysis and that has reproducible capabilities. The generated network model was also analyzed by building self-organized maps using Kohonen's SOM package in R. Additionally, I assisted in developing Artificial Neural Network- and Support Vector Machine-based Machine Learning models for further predictive analysis.
