Current-Recruit highly talented candidates in Technology, Healthcare, Fintech, AI, Finance, Banking, Telecom, and Security companies. -Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to engage in market research and manage candidate data, profiles, submissions, contracts, timesheets, and tasks.-Prospect for candidates by calling 50+ candidates/day and sending mass-marketing campaigns to 3000+ prospects-Utilize data analysis techniques to identify recruitment trends, track candidates, and locate potential partners.-Leverage analytical skills to assess tournament performance metrics, including participant registration, sponsorship revenue, and cost analysis, id.-Communicate with high-level clients to present annual hiring reports using innovative design software.-Develop personalized financial plans using an analytical, strategic, and goal-based approach.-Achieve staffing objectives for Contract by recruiting for specific, sometimes difficult-to-find candidates, but finding them within a specific time and evaluating job candidates thru the required portal; advising Program Managers; managing relocations and fellowship programs.
