I serve as the Epicor ERP/Kinetic subject matter expert, providing internal development, administration, end-user support and training, and operations consulting. At driftboat, we work in a shared services model for three companies: Cylicron, Intellimodus, and Qubeworx. The companies use Epicor for all quote-to-cash processes. Working in the manufacturing, industrial automation, and professional engineering industries, I am well-versed in Accounting, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain operations.

When the company decided to implement an ERP system, I knew I wanted to be a champion for that right away. I used my background in computer science and professional experience to shift my career at ControlTouch to leading the ERP implementation team. This job included managing the project from a technical level, documentation, maintaining a tight schedule, implementing new business processes, configuring the new system, and data migration.

As a sales engineer, I provided technical estimates and written proposals for new opportunity leads. This work included heavy use of MS Excel, reading design drawings and specifications, light work in AutoCAD, and customer interfacing.
