About Jason Cole

After over 30 years working in technology startups and consulting to Fortune 100 companies, I've lived through almost every phase of growth that a business can see. Now I leverage that experience as a fractional CTO to help Da Primus guide early-stage startups to build strong businesses by finding the right product for their market and the right team to build it. We also help mid-stage companies through the challenges of scaling rapidly without breaking their company in the process. As my way of living out a "give first" life, I mentor founders and technology leaders for free, working with an average of 10 companies at any one time through several startup accelerators and my own network.Before founding Da Primus, I built Reed Group's software division from the ground up, growing it from 15 people working on their first SaaS product -- which would eventually become LeavePro -- to an organization of 300 people worldwide, with 4 SaaS products driving well over a hundred million in annual recurring revenue.
