I am a senior at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an Emphasis in Interpersonal Communications and Human Relationships and minoring in General Psychology. I'm involved within the Honors College as well, and have a student leadership position with them for Fall 2024.After my graduation in December 2024, I plan to move back to Minnesota to continue developing my personal skillset through activities of ministry with Japanese Student Connections (JSC), while also working and learning business management at Starbucks.Within the next two years, I will be moving overseas to pursue a career as a missionary in Japan through Assemblies of God World Missions.I currently work at GCBC (Grand Canyon Beverage Company) as a barista, a coffee shop that is based on Grand Canyon University's campus. Additionally, I have worked at Starbucks as a barista for a year, and prior to that, I worked at Chick-fil-A for almost four years. I have improved my interpersonal skills by working in industries that heavily emphasize the importance of excellent customer service. I am quick to think and act, interact well with guests, create relationships with coworkers easily, and acknowledge customers' needs.
