U.S. Fulbright Scholar, Sport Changes Life Victory Scholar, and current Aspen Institute Fellow building partnerships at the intersection of media, tech and society with a focus on emerging digital technologies and democratic resilience. I've been working with and across a wide range of organizations for years -- from multilaterals, major corporates, media organizations, regional/national government bodies and global NGOs to local newsrooms, grassroots non-profits, and municipal agencies. Alongside diverse partners, I support capacity building through multistakeholder initiatives focused on several key areas including: - Emerging ICTs and challenges to human rights and democratic institutional resilience. Examples include deep research, reporting, and program management related to synthetic media and LLMs. - Mapping, analysis and reporting on security risks generated or exacerbated by malign use and weaponization of digital technologies.- The design, production, management, and delivery of multi-format audiovisual research outputs supporting high-quality, data-driven insights and strategic decision-making related to complex, contested public social and political debates and conflicts. - Building and nurturing deep collaborations and relationships with journalists and media organizations across the globe, from tier-1 international media to local newsrooms. My work has resulted in over 150 references in articles published.- Spearheading multifaceted collaborations and engagements with global organizations and multilateral institutions as well as public defense ministries and defense/security-focused think tanks in the EU and other regions.
