Jörg Neugschwender is a social scientist (sociology/social policy/economics) interested in pension policies and its outcomes for the elderly.Since 2011, he is a microdata expert in various roles working on the ex-post harmonisation of income and household budget surveys / administrative data at LIS Cross-National Data Center, Luxembourg, particularly focusing on the overall data harmonisation workflow, and the development of the data production programmes and data consistency tables & charts. In 2017, he initiated the release of the quarterly LIS newsletter 'Inequality Matters', where he took up the role of editor.
