Director Of Growth Marketing
Current- Lead a team responsible for paid marketing performance, strategy, forecasting, and budget to drive efficient new subscriber growth while maintaining ROAS goals based on predicted LTVs.
- Partner closely with Brand marketing, CRM, and Product Marketing to execute on go-to-market launches for new product offerings.
- Focus on low-cost growth via initiatives in SEO, organic/social influencer marketing, referrals, and brand marketing.
- Build out new arms of growth marketing to power new subscriber growth including influencers, Direct Mail, Podcasts,
- Maintain accurate forecasts for the Finance team and present quarterly plans and forecasts to executives.
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering to validate our measurement and attribution systems and text UX optimizations across our marketing channels, website, and registration flows.
