This included 1 POS operating in Mexico.• Managed decommission activities of a legacy Point of Sale in order for individual retail locations to move to a new Point of Sale solution. • Operated as a release manager to oversee all releases in flight with the development teams and the handing off of these releases to QA teams. This application uses the Chordiant framework implementation that involves the use of a business rules engine to re-engineer a long-standing legacy system application. • Develop use case specification documents.• Elicit information from Cash America subject matter experts through interviewing and JAD sessions.• Create storyboards, activity diagrams, and business rules artifact documents to support use cases.• Coordinated issue clarification between offshore development team and Cash America subject matter experts to aid in effective rollout of Pilot POS.

• Managed and successfully implemented a multi-million dollar platform upgrade for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) AS400 based solution for a $120 million business entity. Modules included Production Schedules, Order Entry and Pricing allowing for the reduction of labor hours including overtime by $400,000 per year.• Managed and successfully implemented a multi-million dollar Web Based Order Entry solution for configurable product mapped to an AS400 platform. Solution allows customer to create web-based orders to process directly into AS400 based ERP bypassing Order Entry personnel. Solution has reduced order-processing man-hours by 40% resulting in a savings of $200,000 per year.• Managed and successfully implemented a third party “made to order” customer based software solution. • Managed user requests for modifications to an ERP AS400 based solution. Included documenting changes, tracking changes through process flow and facilitation of user testing. • Facilitated user meetings in order to discuss future enhancements to the AS400 based solution.• Developed and introduced documentation methodologies to be shared across several IT regions outlining product availability.
