• Managed and successfully implemented a multi-million dollar Web Based Order Entry solution for configurable product mapped to an AS400 platform. Solution allows customer to create web-based orders to process directly.
• Managed and successfully implemented a third party “made to order” customer based software solution.
• Managed user requests for modifications to an ERP AS400 based solution. Included documenting changes, tracking changes through process flow and facilitation of user testing.
