As a member of the RSA Archer Americas management team, I am responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the consulting business in North and South America. In addition to managing a team of highly skilled consultants, I also have consultant scheduling responsibility for the entire Americas consulting practice as well as third party service providers. I also have oversight of the scoping of large consulting projects in the region.
