I’m fully responsible for the operational & financial development of Hummus Bros. We have a central production facility, 4 central London restaurants, a pop-up business, we cater and deliver across London and are growing with a crowd funding bond and selected franchisee partners.This is a hands on role in a small but growing company. I’m fully responsible for the retail and online function of Patisserie Valerie across the UK. With 8 Operations Managers, a team of Operational Trainers Managers, auditors and a highly skilled head office and production function we are the UK’s largest Patisserie chain with over 95 sites nationwideIn 2012 we have opened 17 new locations and have a very healthy pipeline for 2013.We were recently ranked #52 in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100.

BaxterStorey operates exclusive and High Street coffee brands in over 700 locations across the UK, Ireland and now central Europe.Over the next few months I’ll be working with the Supply Chain & suppliers, Operations team and Brand Alliance partners to drive the entire category.

I was previously responsible for the day to day management of AMT Coffee, its retail, engineering, distribution and head office functions (in a couple of different languages) and with 500+ great people to rely on.

As an Operations Consultant I was responsible for maintaining and developing the brand operating standards and overall profitability of a group of stores across South London, Kent, Sussex and Jersey.
