CurrentCurrently Head of Operations, for Knight Frank’s UK Occupier Strategy and Solutions Business. My responsibility is to deliver growth and efficiency, by working across cross-functional teams on key projects, implementing, managing and streamlining systems, data and processes, budgeting and reporting, managing 3rd party technology and service suppliers. Prior to that I worked in Tenant Representation, Flexible Office Solutions and Strategic Consulting. Achievements:- 2023 – Designed and implemented a bespoke work management system for London Tenant Representation, which is now used day-to-day by the team and tracks leads, opportunities, deals and enables client relationships to be better developed and managed.- 2022 - Leadership Development Program- 2019 – Identified, successfully pitched and implemented ‘Yours’ a new service capability operating and leasing managed solutions for landlords.- 2018 – Identified, pitched and oversaw the implementation of a dedicated website for generating occupier lead flow. Started with flex listings and is now source of +50% flex revenue.- 2017 – Jointly conceived Knight Frank’s ACE Platform an analytics platform capturing pertinent occupier data relating to workplace. ACE remains a key pillar of our strategic consulting occupier offerering.- 2016 – Identified and pitched ‘Datahug’ to the Board - a technology which tracks relationships across the business - which was subsequently adopted company wide.- 2016 – Set up the first iteration of the Tech and Innovation Committee
