I am a passionate sales leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in food service sales, marketing and distribution. I began in operations as a selector and then a class A delivery driver. I transitioned to an outside sales associate and later promoted to District Sales Manager. I then earned the position of Regional Sales Manager (Director of Sales) and am currently the Vice President of Sales.I have worked for smaller independent distributors as well as spending most of my career with Sysco. I have developed strong relationship building skills gaining trust and rapport with my direct team as well as all supporting departments and clients. I enjoy working proactively while implementing performance management programs to increase productivity and employee professional growth, resulting in strong company performance.I thrive in a customer focused culture where I am known for my collaborative leadership style in managing multi-functional teams to achieve business and financial objectives.
