My journey brought me to the Empowered Spiritual Life Coaching program, introducing me to a variety of amazing tools that are helping me put my life in perspective and develop a co-creative relationship with Spirit. My experiences in going through a three-year program at the School of Integrative Psychology, coupled with my own personal experiences and now my involvement in the Empowered Spiritual Life Coaching program gives me the qualifications that I feel are an asset in coaching anyone called to change the direction of their life.It’s time for YOU to be in the driver’s seat of your own life! I can help you do that. Using these wonderful empowering tools, I will teach you how to manage your energy, create goals and plans that allow you to feel joyful rather than overwhelmed, and inspire you to take action rather than dread it. You will learn how to incorporate these tools into your daily life and begin creating new neural pathways in the brain. As we journey together, you will become more clear and confident on your road to pure joy.I have designed a 6-month program, which includes two 60-minute sessions with me twice a month. This is flexible, as we will work at a pace that is comfortable for you, stopping to address any obstacles that are necessary in getting you to a higher level of vibration.
