Susan is a coach and trainer focusing on growth and leadership development, at home and at work. I assisted with website maintenance, direct mailings, email blasts and newsletter writing, as well as media relations. I attended networking events, helped to plan and execute events, dealt directly with clients on several levels, kept the office running.

I worked in the E-Commerce Depatment, a rapidly developing branch of the company, writing copy for merchandise sold on the web. I met daily deadlines, worked with the buying office and collaborated with my team and overall department to help monitor and maintain the overall operations of the site, helping it reach maximum potential.
