The project consists of 155 apartments, Wellness Centre, swimming pools, restaurants, administration block, technical block, roads and landscaped areas.- The successful completion of Mon Tresor Business Gateway Project, which was the first of the smart city initiatives in Mauritius. The development was completed successfully well within budget.- The completion of a government hospital project in Mauritius where I held the position of Construction Project Manager. The project was completed to the entire satisfaction of the Client, Architects and Engineers. Jeetoo Hospital was a landmark project for Mauritius and Gamma Construction.- Project Manager for Stahlton Engineered Concrete(Fulton Hogan) at the main Auckland branch of the largest supplier of precast and prestressed concrete products in New Zealand. - Management of the civil and building works on multiple projects while employed as Senior Site Agent in South Africa for Concor Construction.I enjoy the challenges associated with working on construction contracts and seeing the project through from start till successful completion.
