I am a passionate and results-oriented racial and health equity focused professional with experience building relationships with stakeholders and coalition building while providing project and program management to enhance equitable practices and policies to decrease disparities among historically marginalized communities. I have demonstrated efficiency in qualitative analysis, while also leading community engagement initiatives and community advocacy. Additionally, I serve as a Doula who specializes in caring for the Black birthing community.
