Conducted quality control on projects with partners. Verify installations are properly done based on contracts. Currently still there but due to virus on furloughe.

Provide design and installation of communication installations from extending dial tone to campus fiber backbone. Copper and fiber installation/splicing. Telephone/paging/network systems installations with medical and retail industry. Provice site drawings and asbuilts, Visio. 3m splicing of outside planet copper/fiber cable and installation of aerial infrastructure. Assist in trouble shooting and design of current network connectivity.

Provide tech support for service calls and projects of retail/commercial, data networks, voice communications and POS installations. Supporting NCR, Fujitsu & IBM POS equipment installations, customer R&D and field techs with trouble shooting operation issues. Supporting installation of traffic counter systems, Shoppertrak, Prodco, HeadCount, RetailNext, Nomi, Walker Wireless, Clarity and Footfall. Provide the PM team/customers/technicans with quality control and support. Telephone system installation and service of (not limited too) Avaya, Vodavi, Vertical (aka Vodavi), Nortel, Panasonic, Samsung and VoIP. In house IT support of services for field office resources.

Company started by myself and Tony Gunter due to previous employer cutting back on support of telephony. We provided sales and support for Vodavi telephone systems, network cable, backbone installations, out side plant construction which included aerial and buried, added Tadiran systems later. Over time we expanded to 2 more offices, Michigan and NE Ohio. Support technicians in the field with system programming assistance, consult with customers on design and integration of bringing their current infrastructure up to current standards. Supplied splicing services using 3m and 710 terminations, network cable certifications with Fluke and Wirescope testers. Capable of fiber terminations and testing.Design and installation of duct banks for cable placement inside and outside plant.

Independent contractor and project coordinator. As contractor completed installs of outside plant cable installations and splicing, emt conduit, fiber optic installations and terminations, and network cable. Some projects include Mount Carmel Hospitals, Federal Mogul warehouse, Wright State University and Sterling Commerce. As project coordinator over saw Vodavi telephone system installations and network cabling installations.

Outside plant cable installations that included placement of manholes, pull boxes, conduit banks, fiber optics and copper cable. Management of installations with crews on multiple sites. Projects included Stanford University, San Francisco University, Naval base installations, Telplus and other large campus installations.
