Provide leadership and vision for the institution's open education resources (OER) initiatives through the development of partnerships with campus stakeholders to promote use of open licensed materials and support integration of OER into the curriculum. Guide faculty on open education and open licensing practices, manage OER program assessment, develop custom training on open education concepts, and serve as the institutional representative to Open Education Alberta publishing consortium.

Create and assess digital learning objects including tutorials, learning modules, guides, and instructional materials. Facilitate adoption and adaption of OER materials through advocacy, training, and outreach. Design and coordinate embedded librarian activities in order to improve efficacy of information literacy instruction.
