* Lead project to create and manage dotcom information in store databases, creating and maintaining 250k records. Project required working with and coordinating merchants, tax and licensing, and engineering resources. Decreased item return rates involving dotcom items to stores by 10%.* Create and analyze multiple business metrics, dashboards and procedures for Director of Item Setup, VP of Planning, Senior dotcom and store Merchants, Pick up Today (PuT), and the Ship From Store (SFS) teams.* Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Merchants, Site, SFS and PUT teams. Incremental sales from these newly initiated items totaled 400k in six months. * Work with Merchants and the SFS teams to identify changes to item criteria, allowing 10k additional items to be added to the program.* Code and streamline item setup processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Create a macro that duplicated item setup database checks to decrease errors on submission, leading to a 15% decrease in time to complete item setup.* Automate process to create Business Priority Attribute document, which is used by every seller to codify how their items are attributed, which increases both search relevancy and the quality of the customer experience. The document is also used to map the items to the correct shelves.* Create database logic to better help identify and classify items as PuT, SFS, Owned, Drop Ship Vendor and Marketplace across the organization. The updated logic has been used to better identify sales trends by channel.
