Senior Director Of DesignCrisis24 Jan 2023 - PresentSaint-Laurent , Quebec, CaTopo.ai was acquired by Crisis24, a GardaWorld company.Following Topo.ai’s acquisition, I worked with our team to transition TopoONE into the Crisis24 Horizon ecosystem. My contributions focused on transitioning marketing assets and activities and aligning product design with the broader organizational strategy.• Collaborated with marketing and product teams to transition TopoONE into the Crisis24 Horizon ecosystem.• Designed and delivered the first version of TopoONE’s mass communications capability, which included integrating the Horizon mobile app as a communication channel, followed by continuous refinements.• Designed new capabilities, including task management, crisis event management, and a consolidated module for managing security at sites.
