As part of International Sales Division catering 19 regional distributors from 13 countries in Asia, I ensure quality assistance through email, phone, remote or personal and perform but not limited to the following tasks;• Providing technical assistance to Asian Regional Distributors thru email, phone, remote or personal• Conducting technical training locally or overseas• Liaise with HQ• Preparing of technical training materials• Testing of newly launched products• Updating of warranty agreement for newly launched products • Regular updating of regional distributors with the latest technical information• Processing of warranty parts claimed by regional distributors• Preparing and reporting of claimed parts to KYOCERA Regional HQ• Validating of spare parts periodical order• Maintaining the website for latest technical resources such as Service Manual, Parts List, Firmware, etc. • Providing back up for other team members during their absence• Providing assistance on corporate events such as MDS Seminars, Road show, etc.• Performing other administrative tasks

As a member of Technical Department, I am assigned as In-house and On-site Service Engineer and Technical Support for Kyocera Mita and Nashuatec Analog/Digital Photocopiers, Color/Monochrome MFPs, Printers and Wide-Format. Task and responsibilities are as follows;• Attends overseas training for new machines• Conduct training to Service Engineers• Provides technical support to on-site Service Engineers thru phone• Provides technical support assistance to customers thru phone and/or email• Liaise with KYOCERA Support Team in KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe• Prepare claim reports on warranty parts• Regularly checks Service Bulletin and inform Service Engineers• Installation and demonstration of new machines.• Provides machine operation training to end-users• Performs preventive maintenance of on-site machines• Troubleshoot and repair, machine overhaul if needed• Setup network connectivity (SMB, Network printing)• Updating customer records, database and information• Works as a Technical Support in US Base in Kuwait

As part of the Technical team under Customer Service Department, I am bound to providing quality service for the customers’ machines onsite handling a particular territory and if necessary travelling to different provinces. Responsibilities are as follows; • Installation and demonstration of operations of new machines• Provides machine operation training to end-users• Perform monthly warranty and preventive maintenance• Troubleshoot and repair on-site and in-house• Provide technical support on connectivity issues• Prepare technical service report and submit to Technical Supervisor• Network connectivity (SMB and USB/Network Printing)• Collection of Cash-on-Delivery parts• Other administrative tasks
