Dawsonrentals TCS supplies temperature control solutions to a variety of business sectors from food storage companies to pharmaceutical giants such as GSK.My role as a Performance Analyst consists of a variety of tasks such as the daily breakdown analysis of assets across the UK to the contribution of the construction of budgeted revenue for DR TCS UK and Ireland.One of my main duties is the preparation of the Key Performance Indicators for TCS on a monthly basis, which requires clear communication between myself and colleagues in the Sutton-in-Ashfield base. This analysis of the company’s performance is then compared to the pervious 12 months on a rolling basis and is discussed in management meetings. Due to the nature of TCS, assets return to our base in Sutton- in- Ashfield for repairs or the preparation for the assets to go out to new customers both of which require labour hours. I produce a report displaying the amount of hours that have been worked on the units compared to the estimated hours.
