As CEO, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and oversee the asset management activities of Frogmore; a company that has carried out over £7bn of transactions since 1995.Since Frogmore launched its first fund in 2006, I have played an instrumental part in the fundraising drive, securing close to £1bn of committed equity to date. Through a high degree of teamwork, rigorous discipline and risk management, we are proud to be at the forefront of real estate fund management in the UK. I play a pivotal role as a key member of the Investment Committee, and through our well-defined investment processes, we have consistently delivered impressive returns for our investors, over multiple cycles.I have 30 years of real estate experience and for the past 24 years have been involved in the acquisition, asset and development activity for the majority of Frogmore’s transactions. In conjunction with the in-house asset management team, I have strategically led the delivery of business plans for the Fund’s flagship assets to include: Oriana, a retail investment in the heart of West End, London; 50 St. Mary’s Axe an office building in a prime city location, London; Apex, Ealing, a 21 storey residential tower and mixed-use development and South Place, a boutique hotel close to Liverpool Street, London. I started my career with Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in its London office where I remained until I joined Frogmore Estates plc. I specialised in asset management, landlord and tenant matters, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals, before moving to the industrial and office leasing team. I am a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the British Council for Offices. I am an avid supporter and sit on the Fundraising Committee of Land-Aid, a charity that harnesses the property industry’s expertise to support projects working to end youth homelessness in the UK.
