Establish and maintain the research management database, business records and other workflow systems, ensuring the accuracy of information and data integrity.• Collated and analysed recent and historical outcome statistics for ARC and NHMRC schemes, which effectively influenced the development work and strategy in competitive grants space within the University.• Conceptualised and developed grants calendar and planner, which directly boost the researchers’ ability to plan ahead for external funding applications and improve quality of research proposals.• Developed travel and salary budget calculator as a simple tool for effective and accurate budget preparation.• Assisted in testing, reviewing and documenting the function and workflow of Research Application Summary (online coversheet) system upgrade, which contributed towards more efficient workflow and process streamlining, as well as client satisfaction.• Developed process map, protocol and procedure documentation, which enhanced the efficiency of internal processes and improved data quality and management.
