I am a born communicator who has worked in both the private and public sector. Myexperience shows my ability to adapt my skills to new challenges and demonstrates myintelligence and strong sense of integrity. I have spent much of my career as a journalist andhost with CBC. But, I have also worked as a freelance producer/editor in print andtelevision. I developed a very successful media training and consulting firm and have servedon a number of boards in education, health care and social services. I am comfortable on astage or in a studio, in a boardroom or a classroom. I am Deputy Leader of the Green Party of Canada and hope to represent the federal riding of Halifax in the House of Commons after the 2019 Election.
