Member of the airport executive team accountable for the airport P&L, establishing the strategy for the future development of the airport and inspiring over 2,000 employees to deliver great service for Gatwick's 35m passengers and 100 airline customers.

Led the redevelopment of the terminal growing retail space by 35% to 150,000 sqft.
