I am a fully qualified Chartered accountant with nearly 13 years of experience. I gained my accountancy qualification within the busy audit department of RSM Robson Rhodes (now part of Grant Thornton). This was followed by nearly 6 years as as an audit manager at a top 10 accountancy firm based in Telford, Shropshire.My experience in practice was strengthened and broadened by 3 years at Whittingham Riddell in Shrewsbury where I became Senior Manager within the Business Services department offering complete accounting, taxation and business advice to a wide variety of SME clients. The team leader position developed my HR skills as well as responsibility for the day-to-day running of the large team.I joined my husband who is Managing Director of Beaver Bridges Limited in November 2016 bringing with me the skills to help develop the office as well as dealing with all HR aspects and accounts.
