CurrentMy role is to lead a team of 92 team members and 8 Team Managers that are engaged, energetic and professional to succeed in providing an exceptional, seamless customer experience focused on securing and enhancing their financial well being. We service customers through our digital platforms and help them progress in their home buying journey. Our role is to work both re-actively from customer initiated enquires and proactively from analytically generated leads to discover customer needs, educate/pre-qualify customers on relevant products & services and get them speaking to the right people to process their enquiry and provide them with a seamless and positive home buying journey.I lead 3 exciting Lines Of Business, Inbound, Outbound and Calendaring all in the Pre Qualification roles.With a motivated and passionate work force of 8 Team Managers we provide our customers with solutions tailored to meet their everyday genuine needs and focus on every customer one customer at a time.I am very passionate and focused on Customer Advocacy and creating a very strong One Team culture where every team member is inspired to come to work daily and be themselves.
