I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and children with additional needs, along with their families, to help them reach their full potential by giving them access to training, activities and events to provide the life skills they need to become more independent. This area of my work gives me huge job satisfaction, but I am equally an exceptionally organised and resourceful person, who uses these skills to plan and execute safe group activities and events.I am extremely people focused with a good sense of humour and believe the best way to succeed is when the team are fully involved and committed to the aims and objectives of the organisation. I can work on my own initiative to make a meaningful contribution to the organisation as well as helping others in the team achieve theirs.I am self-motivated and enjoy problem solving and critical thinking. Being happy to work on my own initiative as well as part of a team, I am used to managing difficult situations and finding solutions to problems arising as well as managing a large workload with both short, and long term deadlines. I am not only experienced in working within different frameworks, policies and procedures, I proactively find ways to improve them whilst making sure I adhere tostandards set out by the organisation, key stakeholders and regulatory bodies.I am looking to bring my wealth of experience to a friendly and dedicated team who work enjoy together to succeed.
