I design and deliver advanced coach training - Diploma in Coaching Supervision, wholly online, or blended, in English, Russian and Chinese. Also a range of post-grad programmes for supervisors.As an executive coach and confidant I work with international leaders (Asia-Pac, Africa, Baltic States, Europe, USA and Lat Am) and have experience in sector-specific and generic work, including health, minerals, financial, legal, IT / tech, human security and public leadership. Working alongside leaders as they take stock of chaos, confusion, and indecision; move through options, choices, consequences, and meaning-making; towards the next resting place.Drawing on over 20 years experience in multi-cultural settings, I often work at the cultural interface enabling greater understanding of the complexities in living and working in our global society.C-suite coaching and supervision is underpinned with thorough psychological understanding enabling me to work at emotional depth when that is required. Supervision, the creative, professional, learning partnership, has been a passion for over two decades. I work with executive coaches, counsellors & psychotherapists, specialist health practitioners - many of whom in turn supervise others.Volunteering has been part of my life since I was 11 years old! Following through a life-long commitment to playing my part in creating a 'just' world, I'm currently a Fellow of the RSA, Board member of a local Community Interest Company and held a Public Appointment as a Chair/Panel member with Scotland's Children's Hearings for 6 years. I'm active in the professional coaching and supervision communities, engaged in pro-bono offerings to colleagues, clients and communities and previously Board member of AoCS and EASC. My committment to participatory leadership models, and aikido principles as the basis for wise action, are rooted in relationships and training within my Art of Hosting, Flow Game and Practising for Peace communities.

The International Centre for Reflective Practice was set up following a calling from within the professional communities. The Centre (ICRP) aims to be at the forefront of current thinking on reflection and reflexivity and the interface with individual practice, systems and organisations and global leadership. The Centre houses the Crucial Difference initiative - delivering Cert & Diploma in Coaching Supervision, and Alchemist learning opportunities. The difference that makes the difference - collaborative, international practice community.

CSA AP builds the professional coaching community by offering advanced CPD. There is more to be done! We are near the beginning of this journey and growing each year in numbers and depth of practice. The Diploma Course has, so far, been offered in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and always follows demand and invitation from local professional communities.
