An effective communicator, able to work efficiently at both grassroots and strategic levels.I have worked in economic regeneration for over 16 yrs managing the Investment Readiness Programme on behalf of Charity Bank, a business development programme for Miners Welfare Schemes, and developing a partnership network for cultural organisations, and have experience, knowledge and skills of working in challenging environments, and implementing positive change to encourage diversification. I set up my consultancy business in 2009 to support Enterprising Organisations including social enterprises, charities, SMEs, and public sector on a wide range of strategic planning, research and analysis, income diversification, organisational development and management, partnership, sustainability and viability issues. I have strong links with a wide range of key partners within the sector, including Funders, Investors, Support Agencies, Business and Third Sector Networks. I am currently working throughout The UK providing support on partnership development and collaboration, CSR and sponsorship, research and analysis, income diversification, business planning, organisational development, event management, and marketing.
