After 26 years with M&S Bank as their Management Development Manager I now have my own Leadership and Development Business, Future-Proof Development Solutions. I’m really excited to be working globally with new and different people across a variety of business sectors, charities and schools.I design with the end in mind, whether that outcome is driving the business growth strategy, making a cultural shift happen, improving employee engagement or building on the excellent customer service provided.
