As a Human Resources Executive at People Momentum, I leverage my 25+ years of experience and qualifications in organisational change, talent development, performance management, and mental health and wellbeing to support clients across various sectors. I am a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Clarity 4D Facilitator, and ILM Level 5 Coach and Mentor, I also have a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology from The Open University.I am passionate about delivering contemporary effective HR and L&D solutions to deliver business strategy and the aspirational culture of the organisations I work with. Some of my achievements include directing a management restructure, designing and implementing a company-wide culture program, facilitating a learning culture and representing the organisation at thought leadership events. I have also designed and delivered award-winning leadership and wellbeing programs. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, both on-site and remotely, and I am always keen to learn and grow in my field.
