- From inception, managing the Rail to Refuge scheme, which provides live-saving, free travel to refuge, in partnership with the Rail Delivery Group. In its first 2 years, over 3000 survivors have traveled with Rail to Refuge, and average of 4 each day.- Instigated and coordinated the distribution of over £1M worth of donated products and services to refuges and domestic abuse services across England during the Covid 19 pandemic- Procured digital services and IT hardware and oversaw the grants process for domestic abuse services in receipt

- Managed the strategy and budget for the majority of a £1.5M annual fund. - Developing Monitoring and Evaluation guidelines, then reporting back to management and board with KPIs. - Mentor junior team members, training in decision making and ethical communication. - Responsible for annual £200k prize giving and networking event, with budget of £200k+ for fees, services, travel, accommodation etc - Manage transition of projects from ‘charitable donee’ to supplier, through creation of direct supply chain of organic materials from women’s cooperatives.- Developing communications for staff, press and customers. Inc. executive film production in Kenya and Palestine - Extensive international travel, primarily in Palestine, Lebanon, Kenya, Uganda, India, Nepal and Iran. With a focus on project development and participatory evaluation with those living in refugee camps and with women’s cooperatives.

- Assessing all materials purchase, and their contracts to fulfil the Ethical Buying Policy - Develop strategy for changing non-compliant purchases. - Managed relationships and audits with Fairtrade Foundation and Soil Association. - Writing press releases- Delivered lectures at The University of Leeds and Bournemouth University

- Communicating knowledge of ethical and sustainability issues within the supply chain through research and analysis of information.- Advising on ingredient choice and sourcing options to Team and Board, via written reports and presentations.- Communicating these issues and decisions to staff and customers, via video presentation, social media and website articles.
