Working with PRCA’s SMT to develop and structure the membership offer across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. Working to create, manage and implement activities for international membership that ensures engagement of members and promotes the organisation in each region. Established in 2021, PRCA Africa has now gone from strength to strength, I have been able to define and develop the association in Africa, managing and organising in person events in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Kigali, Accra, and Abidjan and online events such as the measurement conference and subject specific webinars. Developing and implementing the creation of a PRCA Africa Next Generation group with a full schedule of virtual events and content while also increasing membership engagement across the continent. I manage end-to-end, including hosting a new PRCA Global Webinar Series that sees experts disect all PR subjects. Organise, promote, and manage virtual conferences.Launching in Southeast Europe I have been responsible for end-to-end delivery of each launch event and press release, which now sees a network establishing in the region. Expanding the PRCA offering to create a network in Australia, having analysed the need for a global association in the country outside of their local association, I have managed to expand PRCA’s APAC membership and created the network, which will focus on connecting the Australian PR and Communications industry to the rest of the APAC region and the global industry at large.
