Business Manger to London CUO and working with the London Executive to define strategic objectives and implement key priorities. I work with stakeholders around the organisation to pull together multi-functional expertise to find solutions and get decisions made. I am a huge advocate of DEI initiatives, being Chair of LSM London's Cultural Awareness Matters network. This amazing group of people helps to promote and engage on a variety of topics, from show-casing our varied cultural backgrounds, to challenging the organisation to attract, promote and develop wide and diverse talent.

The Asset Management Project Management and Intelligence team ran change-the-bank transition for regulatory programmes. I was responsible for planning, budgets and contract management. I managed an important project to pivot the workforce model from consultant-heavy to a more stable permanent model. I was part of the department's ManCo and joined AM's People Committee to participate - and lead - staff engagement activities, especially when they related to my special interest, social mobility.

During my 12 year career at HSBC, I reported to the heads of Global Markets Sales. I managed multi-million pound sales revenue targets for cross asset-class teams of up to 300 Sales people in 13 countries. I was responsible for graduate recruitment, selection and development. I wrote strategy presentations and events (eg townhalls). As cost controller I was the gatekeeper of a T&E budget of +£15m. I supervised Sales input into governance projects and presented in Business Control Committee meetings. Joined as Manager.

Starting in Debt Capital Markets, covering UK and French Corporates, I moved to Global Markets Marketing as product expert to support senior managers in their marketing activities. I wrote copy for websites, brochures and pitches to magazines to win industry awards. I partnered with internal communications to write and edit global newsletters to engage and inform. I managed entries to magazine polls, working closely with the SLT and their key managers to promote the most relevant polls and engage their clients to participate.
